KOYN Bar

Discreetly located on the ground floor of our Grosvenor street restaurant is the KOYN BAR – a space where liquid indulgence takes form.

Step into our izakaya-style drinking den, a nook to make new discoveries and a must-visit destination enlivened by an immersive DJ set.

As you passage through MIDORI towards MAGMA, sits our residential KOYN Bar featuring high oak ceilings, rich green Verde St Denis marble and traditional Japanese fretwork.

Elevating the room’s atmosphere as the centrepiece of the bar is a radial, bronze leaf mirror reminiscent of a rising sun and a collection of antique ceramic sake jars with Kanji calligraphy sourced from Nagoya in Japan.

Discover our bespoke collection of Japanese whiskies, a hand-picked selection of sakes and time-honoured classic cocktails. Stay updated on our much anticipated KOYN Bar Residency Series as we play host to some of the world’s leading bars this season.

From the 21st – 23rd of September, in celebration of our one-year anniversary, we played host to three of the world’s leading bars. First, Francesco Bonazzi from Milan’s 1930 bar, ranked 35th on the World’s 50 Best Bars, followed by Lukas Stafin from Opium Cocktail Bar, which holds the 24th spot on the list. Closing the residency series was Max Venning from London’s Three Sheets, previously ranked 16th on the World’s 50 Best Bars.

Stay tuned for updates on our upcoming residency series at our Japanese izakaya-styled bar, where indulgence takes form.
