Stepping into KOYN, on entering our ground floor, you will be introduced to MIDORI.
Embodying the landscape of Japanese zen gardens, with a boutique sushi bar as the dining room’s centrepiece, MIDORI sits alongside our residential KOYN Bar – inspired by the terraces of ancient Japanese homes overlooking Mount Fuji.
As you passage down to the lower ground floor, you will arrive at MAGMA, an immersive subterranean space mirroring the dark volcanic insides of Mount Fuji, featuring a binchotan robata grill and an intimate private dining space.
