Split across two floors, discover a multifaceted Asian dining experience reflecting the contrasting, yet harmonious elements of its two culinary realms: KOYN Japanese and KOYN Thai.
KOYN Japanese, located on our ground floor, is a celebration of the timeless artistry of Japanese cuisine elevated by a contemporary approach. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Rhys Cattermoul, our culinary team is dedicated to highlighting the true essence of each ingredient, guided by a philosophy that embraces innovation while respecting tradition.
Rose Chalalai Singh, Thai chef and Paris-based restaurateur, working alongside Executive Chef Rhys Cattermoul has created a menu that captures the essence of Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and the central provinces. KOYN Thai will sit underneath its Japanese counterpart, in the basement of the Grosvenor Street Residence.
The KOYN Bar, our Izakaya-inspired drinking den, bridges the gap between these two contrasting spaces. Here, innovative mixology converges with a handpicked selection of cocktails, liquors, and beers sourced from Japan and Thailand.
