Magma
As you make your way down our black timber staircase or bronze framed glass lift, you arrive at MAGMA, an immersive subterranean space that reflects the dark volcanic insides of Mount Fuji.
Set below crisp black oak ceilings is an enveloping, lower ground floor dining room, mirroring the fires raging below. Sat below our terracotta tiled wall, MAGMA is lined with dowelled timber framed banquettes, bespoke dining chairs with orange leather and black with white chenille backs. Gyotaku fishes, a traditional Japanese art form, adorn our charred walls along with sculptural lights.
Robata
Anchoring the space of MAGMA is our traditional binchotan-charcoal-fuelled-robata grill.
Dine at the marble counter with burnt orange leather stools, overlooking the open kitchen, cooking over flames and using solid charcoal, producing dramatic and smoky flavours.
We invite you to explore our Robata highlights that cover a cross-section of meat, seafood, fish and vegetables.
