Sushi Bar
Showcasing a mountainscape referencing Mount Fuji, our hand-carved boutique marble sushi bar is decorated with a bespoke and glamorous illuminated eglomise art piece.
Dine at our residential Sushi Bar, the centrepiece of MIDORI, where handcrafted sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi are freshly prepared in front of guests under the guidance of KOYN’s resident Sushi master.
Magma
Descending downstairs, arrive at our immersive subterranean dining room, MAGMA, which mirrors the dark volcanic insides and fiery depths of Mount Fuji.
Set against the backdrop of handmade terracotta Japanese roof tiles and crisp black oak ceilings, MAGMA is home to our binchotan Robata grill and private dining room.

Sitting tucked away at the far end of MAGMA is our intimate and flexible Private Dining Room for up to 16 guests.
With its ocean-inspired metal walls and SHISHU embroidered panels, our private dining room is an intimate and elegant space apt for group dining and celebrations.
